By sensitizing your hands:
  1. Curl your tongue up and let the tip touch your palate.
  2. Press the center of each palm with your other thumb for a few seconds.
  3. Slightly open your armpits.
  4. Put your hands about 2 inches apart from each other.
  5. Inhale and exhale slowly and comfortably.
  6. Very, very slowly move your hands back and forth.
Do You Feel Some Type of Sensation? Possibly warmth, tingling or coolness? Try this experiment several times. The more you practice and sensitize your hands, the more you will be able to feel the Pranic Energy between your hands.
