I feel like my mind is doing one thing, my body another and life just keeps getting more chaotic. Does this sound familiar to you? Most of my clients are women and these words flow often from their lips.

"Mind, Body & Spirit Philosophy" is emphasized in my practice. This approach to life is nothing new to our ears. We hear it repeatedly from Oprah's shows, Wayne Dyer, Dr. Phil and the list goes on. We may hear it, but do we understand or apply the concept to our lives? I explain to my clients how massage therapy, Pranic Healing (an energy healing modality) and meditation work together to balance and harmonize the body, mind and spirit. Some are open and eager for the experience, some are cautious and some simply state they are very nervous about initiating any change at all.

Massage is a wonderful complementary to Pranic Healing. Massage can be used before, during or after Pranic Healing to further accelerate the healing process. Grandmaster Choa shared with me several techniques using Pranic Healing and massage together. I had the privilege of performing massage and Pranic Healing for Grandmaster Choa over a period of thirteen years.

Master explained the importance of beginning the massage at the feet. By opening and stimulating the sole chakras and the reflexology points on the feet, it opened the energy flow for the whole body. You can fill the whole body with light green energy through the sole chakras. Cleaning between the webs of the toes and fingers also opens the meridians. MCKS encouraged painting the hands with green gloves to increase the cleansing and stimulation for the body as well as decontaminating protection for the therapist.
